We
purchased a new furnace and air conditioning system in June 2009, and
this thermostat was installed as part of the package deal. In
June 2010, we
upgraded the thermostat to a touch screen model that also contained a
humidity setting, so this one was removed. It was working perfectly
fine prior to removal, so it should be in excellent working
condition.

Instructions
for the installation and operation of the thermostat are included
with the purchase of this thermostat.

"The
White-Rodgers 5-Day/1-Day/1-Day Digital Thermostat uses the
technology of a solid-state microcomputer to provide precise
time/temperature control. This thermostat offers you the flexibility
to design heating and cooling programs that fit your needs."
