this thermostat was installed as part of the package deal. In
June 2010, we
upgraded the thermostat to a touch screen model that also contained a
humidity setting, so this one was removed. It was working perfectly
fine prior to removal, so it should be in excellent working
condition.

Instructions
for the installation and operation of the thermostat are included
with the purchase of this thermostat.
